Other than my subscribed YouTube channels and links/search results leading there or Reddit, I haven’t spent any time with social media since installing this app. I had no idea how well those feeds, etc., captured my attention until they were gone. Now I’m using that time for walks, reading books, and real-life socializing. Thank you!
Omg I’d been looking for so long how to get away from ig reels because they’re such a big distraction. I uninstalled the ig app and used Instagram just for dms on safari but I till couldn’t get away from reels until I installed this app. Very simple, works perfectly. Highly recommend
This is hands down the most effective app to limit social media consumption and mindless scrolling. I have not been using social media apps in a while, but I still find myself scrolling the feed on the web version of the social media sites. This extension helps me limit social media sites down to their messaging features and be more conscious of how I’m spending time online. Whenever I have a compulsion to reach out for a familiar social media site, this extension makes me see a blank page where the feed was and it’s such a simple trick that returns be back to a mindful state.
A developer that actually realises that these websites ARE useful, it's just that they have highly addictive components that make them a nightmare to use properly. This fixes that.

Been looking for something like this for years 🥲 I wanted to stop myself from getting distracted by social media feeds, without having to block the websites completely. For example, I wanted to be able to search for specific videos on YouTube (e.g. tutorials) without having to see the explore page or suggested videos. And I wanted to be able to view instagram messages, or links to specific posts, without getting distracted by my feed. This app allows these things easily! 🙏🏻
